Sessions are selected around focus, sleep, regulation, resilience or performance needs.

Training sessions

The client receives feedback while the brain practises targeted regulation patterns.

Progress review

We review changes in everyday function and adjust the plan where needed.

Maintenance

Some clients move to occasional reinforcement sessions after their primary plan.
