Neurofeedback
What is neurofeedback?
Neurofeedback is direct training of brain function. It uses EEG sensors and real-time feedback so the brain can practise more stable, efficient and self-regulated patterns.
How it works
- Brainwave activity is observed from moment to moment.
- Software gives feedback through sound or visual cues.
- The brain is rewarded for moving toward useful activation patterns.
- Repeated sessions support learning and consolidation.
Who may benefit?
Neurofeedback may support people working on attention, anxiety, stress, trauma, sleep, mood, sensory regulation, learning readiness and performance goals.
